A Hoppy Easter

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend!

I had the pleasure of photographing a sweet 8 day old newborn on Saturday (I’ll be posting a preview soon!)

On Sunday, I hit the wildlife park with my nieces. WHOA!  Talk about “thee place” to be in town!  I’ve been there for Easter before, but there seemed to be record numbers out!

When the Easter egg hunt began, I was a little worried my youngest niece was going to get bulldozed (but, she managed to hold her own)

Here are few of my favourite pics from the day!

Petting the real bunnies….

Posing with the not-so-real bunny!
(my niece correctly identified this as NOT being the REAL Easter bunny by the tell-tale sign of Reebok running shoes on his feet)

Let the egg hunt begin!  (eggs spotted!)Checking out other hunters’ techniques!

Deep concentration required while hunting! But, all good things must come to an end…I don’t think she was ready for the hunt to be over!

Coming up next…a preview from this weekend’s newborn shoot.
