Family As Art

Your family portraits are meant to be enjoyed – not burned on a disc and tucked into a drawer!

At Prairie Child Photography, we look forward to creating portraits that will become quality custom art pieces showcasing your family that you will enjoy every day.

Beautiful wall portraits, canvas gallery wraps, multi-image collections, custom collages and hand-bound albums – think *outside* the (8×10) box!

Images captured during your pregnancy and the first few days of your little peanut’s life are priceless.  These images grow more valuable each year.

Here are few ways you may wish to display your images.

Canvas Gallery Wraps

One of my absolute favourite ways to display images is with the canvas gallery wrap!

Stretched over 1.5″ bars, this heirloom quality piece comes ready to hang immediately, and turns your family into art!

An alternative to the canvas wrap, is the gallery stand out mount. These come mounted on foamcore, with a black finish edging, so they too, are ready to hang. They come with a linen texture print finish.

Art Cards

Why spend $4/card at Hallmark for your greeting cards when you can have custom art cards featuring your peanut? Art cards come in a premium linen textured finish, in packages of 25 with envelopes (note: 5×5 envelopes require additional postage).

Custom Albums

While wall portraits are beautiful, there is only so much wall space in your home!  If you would like to enjoy more images from the session, add a custom album.
This particular album comes as a 10×10 with your choice of 20, 30 or 40 pages.  These truly need to be seen to be fully appreciated!  (Slip-in albums also available)

These aren’t just family photos.  They are pieces of your family history.

So make sure they will be around for the family to enjoy  – because we feel it’s unlikely your grandchild, or great grandchild will ever see that disc of photos you’ve tossed in the drawer.
