I have always marveled at the beauty of pregnancy.

Before I was pregnant, I wondered if I was going to lose some of the awe I felt every time I had the privilege of capturing this moment for families.

Definitely not!

Is there anything more beautiful than a mamma-to-be, radiant with joy and love and sweet anticipation?  She is simply glowing!

I had the absolute pleasure of having this beautiful family in the studio this past week.  Their sweet little Penny was just a tiny bundle of perfection.

She was wide awake and alert at the start, then slipped off into peaceful sleep.
